Light for North Korea Fund

This satellite picture of the Korean peninsula shows a dramatic difference between South Korea and North Korea at night. The economic collapse that began in the 1990s continues to devastate North Korea (NK) in many ways. NK is a "dark" country spiritually, with Juche ideology as the official state religion. Because Christianity is considered a threat and a top offense against the NK government, fear has caused Christians (many of who became Christians prior to the Korean War in 1950) to be silent about their faith. Many children have heard about Jesus at their parent's deathbed. It is encouraging that bold Christians from China, near the NK border, are risking their lives to cross into NK to carry Bibles and share the gospel.

Voice of the Martyrs has started the "Light to North Korea Fund" to help the spread of the gospel to that country. Please pray how you may participate, whether through interceding in prayer, or perhaps financially.
